My kitty is dying.. I came home to spend one last weekend with him, but I didn’t realize how hard it would be. Twelve years is a long time to love something. He was always there when I needed him - playing with me when I was little, sleeping with me through high school, and comforting me on the worst days. When there was nobody else I wanted to talk to. And now he refuses to eat, can’t move. He cries when I call his name and purrs when I touch him. That’s it. I’m so afraid of losing him, but I don’t want him to hurt anymore. Via
